This license allows the software to be installed on a single

2. 'Concurrent'
- This license allows the software to be installed on an unlimited
number of computers with the number of users 'concurrently' using
the software being equal to the number of 'Concurrent' licenses
purchased. This is ideally suited to enterprise users. Select this option
if you wish to deploy the software via Citrix too. This license type
is excellent for firms with a large number of users who need access
at various points in the day.

Q: What operating systems
are supported?
A: The majority of our clients install our
software on Windows, however some clients do also install on Mac
under virtualisation or by booting into Windows at startup.
Q: For reporting, what version of MS Office do I require?
A: We support MS Excel 2003, 2007 and 2010.
Q. Do you support licensing for usage over Citrix?
A: Yes.
Please select the Concurrent License if you are deploying over
Citrix.
Q: How much does quantitative and technical support cost?
A: All support is free and inclusive in your license subscription.
Q: What data is included with the subscription?
A: Our software comes with a free trial of the Eurekahedge Hedge
Fund Database. Should you wish to trial another database provider
then that is also possible due to our existing relationships with
all of the main database vendors. We also provide 450 free indices
which are updated on a monthly basis.
Q: Can we install AlternativeSoft in the cloud?
A: Yes. This will allow you to use AlternativeSoft from anywhere.
You will need a 'Concurrent' license and an internal or external
application hosting provider. Let us recommend a cloud partner for
