To purchase the AlternativeSoft
software platform, please contact an AlternativeSoft employee. This
can be either by email or by phone. Your Account Manager will then help you to install the software.
This typically takes between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. When you
have the software up and running, we will train you on how to best
use the software to meet your needs. We are also happy to answer any
questions you may have; either by phone or by email. From time to
time we also hold web meetings with clients in order to have a more
interactive discussion. Our clients feel this to be of high value to
them. Support is fully inclusive in the user's AlternativeSoft
subscription. We are also more than happy to advise you on which database (s)
are popular amongst our clients, as well as assist you in creating
bespoke fact sheets in a fully automated process using
AlternativeSoft. We endeavour to answer your call as soon as
possible and reply to any emails within a maximum of 24 hours. If
you are a Citrix user or wish to setup AlternativeSoft in multiple
locations, we will assist you in installing a free centralized
database (MicroSoft SQL).
